Sean arrived as scheduled for an 'A/C Annual Maintenance' appointment. Following a survey of my equipment, Sean offered suggestions prior to completing the inspection.
I appreciated Sean answering my questions with the theory, specifications and the actual measured data.

As usual, Leith Heating and Cooling did an amazing job! I contacted them for the spring check-up on my air conditioning unit. The customer service team was awesome. They had appointments readily available.
Kristian is a phenomenal technician. He did a thorough inspection of the air conditioner and discussed everything he saw. He even gave me suggestions to think about to help keep the unit running well for years. Kristian is polite, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service.
Leith Heating is a great, trustworthy company and employs the best individuals!

Of course my heat went out on Sunday. I contacted Leith and got a call back from Matthew, the technician immediately. He came out within the hour and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the part my furnace needed was not something they had in their truck (it's not a typical fitting for the part). He was able to tell me the part was in stock at the supplier, the price and that they would be placing the call for the part at 7:30am the next day. As promised, they completed the job on Monday. The house is toasty warm thanks to Leith Heating.
Matthew was polite, knowledgeable and made sure he answered any questions I had.
Leith has been servicing my heating and cooling systems for years. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and safe during Covid. Give them a try if you haven't, you won't be disappointed.

I had my air conditioner go out. Kristian came out and assessed the system for me. He was great. He pointed out what the problems were and gave me options. He was very personable and knowledgeable about my system. He took the time to explain everything in detail and I didn’t feel pressured in any of Kristian’s solutions to get my system up and running or even replacing if necessary. I would highly recommend Leith Heating and Cooling for servicing your HVAC system and I would ask for Kristian. He was great to work with.
