Energy Savings Agreements

Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst – on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave.  These are times when your home comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most.  Regular maintenance with Energy Savings Agreements will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system.

What is an Energy Savings Agreement?

An Energy Savings Agreement is a maintenance program specifically designed to give you and your family peace of mind. Regularly scheduled maintenance of your heating and cooling system will prolong your system’s life, maximize it’s efficiency and save you time and money in the long run.

What does your Energy Savings Agreement include?

Our Residential Energy Savings Agreement means your system will be cleaned and inspected once prior to the summer cooling season and once prior to the winter heating season. Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, which saves you money on your utility bill month after month. These regular check-ups also enables us to catch problems such as loose or burnt wires, and refrigerant leaks, before they lead to a larger problem such as motor failure.

24 Hour Priority Service, 365 Days a Year

When you have an emergency, you can be sure that we will give you priority service when you have an Energy Savings Agreement with Leith Heating and Cooling, Inc.  Our Agreements are also transferable if you move to a new home.

No matter what day or what time you have a heating and cooling need, Leith Heating and Cooling, Inc. will be there. For our Energy Savings Agreement Customers, this also means NO OVERTIME CHARGES on nights or weekends.  You will only be charged the regular business hours rate.

Save Money on Utility Bills

With regularly scheduled maintenance your system will operate with less power consumption, reducing your seasonal utility bills by hundreds of dollars.  Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your unit to work harder, causing parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your unit. Your unit will cost you more month after month on your utility bill if the coils are not kept clean. Test performed by the EPA explain that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil could reduce efficiency by 21%. Since the average homeowner’s heating and cooling bill is $1,500 per year, a 21% loss in efficiency means you could be wasting up to $315 each year. Furthermore, our service will substantially lengthen the life of your equipment.

Save Money on Maintenance

If you have a Residential Energy Savings Agreement with us, you will save 17% over regular maintenance costs with Leith Heating and Cooling.  The Agreement gives you a discounted price AND we call you to schedule.  That sounds like a win-win!
